Application:
TY-E Explosion-proof vacuum Turbine Oil Purification System is designed for petroleum industry, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, machine manufacture, coal mining, metallurgy, power plant where are easily exposed to explosion and fire, the heating system, electric equipments, electric machinery, solenoid valves are well-protected with explosion-proof labels indicative of different levels of dangers such as ExdII BT4, ExdIICT4. Our TY-E vacuum turbine oil purification system is able to remove emulsified water levels below 50 parts per million which can give bearings up to an additional 200% life and performance.
TY-E turbine oil purification machine also can connect directly to the turbine lube oil reservoir and flush the system while it continues to operate.
Turbine Oil Purification's Features:

6.Air cooling system helps cool down air and gases from the flash distillation column so as to extend the service life of vacuum pump, avoiding the inconvenience of water cooling.

ASSEN warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twenty-six (26) months from date of shipment or twenty-four (24) months after the start-up of the system. ASSEN’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within the warranty period.
