Description
The GRP series SF6 Gas Recovery Device is produced according to the standard of DL/T662-1999 “SF6 Gas Filling and Recovery Device“. It consists of SF6 compressor, vacuum pump, backflow preventer device, condensation system, liquid storage tank, regenerated dry filter, impurity filter, ball valve, vacuum gauge and electrical control, pressure detection, thermometer and alarm device.
It is suitable for manufacturers of SF6 electrical appliances, GIS combined electrical appliances and SF6 gas-insulated electrical equipment, as well as for substation maintenance.
What are the functions of GRP series SF6 gas recycling machine?

Workflow Description
1.Recovery of SF6 gas
When SF6 is extracted from a gas chamber, the gas will automatically flow through the purification filter, compressed and cooled by the SF6 compressor, and can be stored in the SF6 storage tank in a gaseous or liquid form at a certain temperature and pressure. (see picture 1)
2.Vacuuming SF6 Switch
The air and moisture in the switch can be removed by the vacuum pump, and the outlet of the vacuum pump leads to the atmosphere. (See Figure 2)
3.Filling SF6 Gas
The purified and dried SF6 gas is filled to the air chamber that has been evacuated until the pressure in the air chamber reaches the set working pressure. The above work is carried out in two steps:
a). Make the gas flow to the SF6 switch with the SF6 storage tank pressure until the predetermined inflation pressure is reached. (See Figure 4)
b). When the pressure of the SF6 storage tank is balanced with the pressure of the SF6 switch, the compressor is used to pressurize and inflate until the predetermined inflation pressure is reached. (See Figure 3)

ASSEN warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twenty-six (26) months from date of shipment or twenty-four (24) months after the start-up of the system.
