- When using a double-stage vacuum transformer oil processing plant, you should be kept the vacuum between -5 MPa ～ -50 MPa. Because the two-stage vacuum unit greatly improves the system’s vacuum and pumping rate, the removal of transformer oil in water and a variety of gases can be faster and deeper, the flash point of transformer oil and breakdown voltage is greatly improved, and the maintenance of the transformer and the cycle of filling oil are significantly reduced.
B). The vacuum oil dehydration machine removes oil with a high water content.
When the vacuum oil dehydration machine filters oil with a high water content, the vacuum degree should be greater than -0.085Mpa, however, the vacuum degree is reduced due to the high water content. If the vacuum degree of the oil filter lowers during operation, check to see if the vacuum pump oil is emulsified in time. If there is emulsification, please change the vacuum pump oil as soon as possible.
